SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship orders within USA and Canada only. Although all orders are processed by our head office, orders are sometimes shipped out through our various authorized distributors due to product availability and proximity, so you do not have to deal with customs charges and duties.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Ground 5-7 Days (often as early as 2-4 Days)

Express 1-2 Days

Orders are generally processed by our warehouses the next business day, however shipping times may be longer if we experience larger than usual order volume.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. All orders are processed in US Dollars.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

To make a return, follow these steps: Contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number(RMA) within 14 days of receiving your GLHS product. We will give you all the return procedure details once you contact us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks. Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. This return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders. All clearance sales are final. Clearance sales items are non-returnable.
